1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account on the nusatr platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and refrain from creating or maintaining an account. These Terms apply to all users regardless of geographic location within the Philippines, method of access (desktop, mobile, tablet), or specific games or services utilized.

nusatr reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or through prominent notice on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for an account on nusatr. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. nusatr reserves the right to request government-issued identification or other documentation to verify your age at any time. Failure to provide such verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

To register for a nusatr account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly should any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

2.3 Account Restrictions

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the nusatr platform. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts opened using false identities are strictly prohibited. nusatr employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery of multiple accounts, nusatr reserves the right to close all such accounts, void associated winnings, and confiscate any remaining balances.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

The nusatr platform is licensed to operate exclusively within the territorial jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines under PAGCOR regulatory oversight. Residents and citizens of the Philippines may access and use nusatr services. Access from outside Philippine territory is prohibited. Use of VPN services, proxy servers, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your password with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent nusatr. nusatr staff will never request your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any activity conducted using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You must immediately notify nusatr if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or become aware of any security breach. nusatr will investigate suspected unauthorized access and may temporarily suspend your account during such investigation. You are liable for any losses incurred prior to notification of suspected unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Use

Your nusatr account is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, transfer your account to another party, or use your account for any commercial purpose including but not limited to professional gambling, arbitrage betting, or coordinated group betting activities. Violation of this provision may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods

nusatr accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, and other payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests must be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. nusatr reserves the right to request identification documents, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or other verification documents before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in withdrawal cancellation. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are specified on the Platform and may vary by payment method. nusatr does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

nusatr operates in strict compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. nusatr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts with unusual transaction patterns, high-value transactions, or other indicators of potential money laundering activity. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

4.4 Currency

All financial transactions on the nusatr platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are displayed and settled in PHP. No other currency is accepted.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Offers

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and special offers provided by nusatr are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

Determination of bonus abuse is at nusatr's sole discretion.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Privileges

nusatr may withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses may be removed from accounts if the Company has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus terms have been violated or that the player is engaging in abusive practices.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Game Rules

All games offered on the nusatr platform operate according to their published rules available within each game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules or outcomes, nusatr's game logs and server records shall be considered the definitive record.

6.2 Malfunction Voids Plays and Pays

In the event of system malfunction, network failure, software error, or other technical issue, all affected game rounds are void. nusatr will refund stakes placed on voided rounds but is not liable for any potential winnings that might have resulted from such rounds. Players must report suspected malfunctions immediately through customer support.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nusatr platform:

• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Exploitation of software errors or loopholes
• Manipulating game outcomes through hacking or other technical means
• Abusive or offensive behavior toward other players or staff
• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to reverse engineer or tamper with Platform software
• Arbitrage betting or other advantage play techniques

Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the nusatr platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game content is the exclusive property of nusatr or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written permission from nusatr.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, nusatr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory. nusatr's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

nusatr is committed to responsible gaming practices in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. If you believe you may be developing a gambling problem, please contact our support team immediately or visit PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Program for assistance and resources. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period specified at the time of exclusion.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your nusatr account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

10.2 Involuntary Closure

nusatr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicion of fraudulent activity, engaging in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In cases of account closure for Terms violations, nusatr may retain account balances pending investigation and may deduct any losses incurred by the Company as a result of your violations.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the nusatr platform shall first be submitted to nusatr customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
